VEGETABLE PIE

Ingredients: Green beans

(300-500g)
Eggplant (3).
4 carrots.
An onion.
3 tomatoes (or a half can of chopped tomato).
8 eggs.
virgin olive oil.
Salt, pepper and nutmeg. Breadcrumbs

Preparation:

1 º Boil water in a pot with salt, eggplant, green beans and carrots (washed previously and removed the little tails on the beans).
