SQUID IN SAUCE (4 servings)

One kilo of small squid. Three onions

A glass of white wine Salt and pepper

First cut the onion into strips and fry over low heat in a skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.

I have to say it's a very quick and easy recipe to make the most important thing is to find a very fresh squid and a fish so nice to have rewind it a lot and I clean them.
